We have been studying James this year, with a focus on what it means to “Live it.” So with a heart to help, we collected women’s and children’s clothes and shrink wrapped them to send to Haiti. The clothes will be resold on the streets of Haiti, providing a micro-business opportunity and income for Haitian families.  This is what James calls “the good life” (James 3:13)~ a faith that is evidenced by our actions, that makes a difference in the lives of others. It’s nearly Thanksgiving and I am thankful and blessed to pieces by these bundles of clothes and love, from our hearts to the hearts of our friends in Haiti.
