Big Picture:
Our Crux Summer Internship is a Student Ministry specific internship created to give interns an immersive experience in church ministry with a youth emphasis. Eligible applicants are graduating high school seniors and above. As a part of our staff, interns will be guided through an intentional curriculum aimed at giving a full picture of all things Students Ministries. In addition to weekly lessons and teaching time, you can expect office workdays, event planning and execution, writing a devotional/lesson for a weekly gathering, service hosting and emceeing, Sunday service planning and leading with us at Hume Lake. Our goal is to immerse our interns with as much hands on experience as possible all while deepening their relationship with Jesus. This summer internship will be challenging, stretching, and incredibly fun! As for what we look for in an intern, we simply want someone who loves God, loves students, and wants to gain ministry experience. We also are looking for someone that is ready to learn, work hard, and have fun!
Important Details:
This internship is paid, and details of the financials will be discussed upon applying. The internship spans from June-August (specific dates depend on school schedules) and the time commitment is roughly 20-25 hours a week, which includes office hours and events.
