WELCOME TO CRUX

HIGH SCHOOL

Crux High School is the student ministry of Crossline Church serving students in 9th-12th grade.

Our hope is that through Crux, we become a Christ-Centered Family, where students can LIVE. REAL. LIFE. Living real life means knowing who we are in Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and participating in God’s story.

Through participating in large group and small groups settings students are given an opportunity to encounter the life changing power of God!

CRUX
OFFERINGS

Crux is the student ministry of Crossline Church serving students in 9th-12th grade.

We have three main offerings uniquely designed for students to get connected and feel at home: Sunday services, CruxGroups, and Crux events.

Sunday
Sundays at 9 and 11am

Sunday services are at 9:00am and 11:00am on Sunday mornings and are purposefully created to meet students wherever they may be on the spiritual journey. Crux services are fun, have engaging worship, relevant teaching and authentic community.

CruxGroups
Wednesdays at 7 PM to 9 PM

High School Students

With so many different voices telling us how to live our lives and loneliness still being a thing, despite how connected we are, CruxGroups champion Jesus’ way, and our aim is to provide a place where you are known. Engage with our grade-specific curriculum, deepen your faith, and foster lasting relationships with peers and leaders in a supportive, safe environment.

Additionally, in light of the hectic schedules high schoolers tend to have these days, CruxGroups meet primarily on-campus, with some off-campus nights sprinkled throughout the year.

Crux Events

Crux events are fun, a great place to meet new people and are specifically designed to be a safe place for someone who has never experienced church. Additionally, we offer age-specific serve events throughout the year.

Serve at Crux
Wednesdays and Sundays

We at Crux believe that students need amazing adults pouring into their lives. That is where you come in! What we need in a volunteer is simple:

  • We need someone who LOVES Jesus and is willing to care about and like our students.

We have two roles for volunteers,

  • Weekend Leader and CruxGroup Leader.
  • Weekend leaders serve Crux at our Sunday service at 9 am or 11 am. You’ll be welcoming students, getting to know students, worshipping with students, and participating in the Sunday service.

If you are thinking about being a CruxGroup leader, we ask that you would be willing to commit to us for at least a full year (our groups run Fall/Spring, with breaks during Christmas time and summer). You will be leading a small group of students on Wednesday nights from 7-9pm. Our desire is that you’ll be connecting with your students, worshipping with them, and then leading a Bible study with the curriculum provided by us. Ideally, though, we would love to see you also disciple these students outside of Wednesday nights.

High School Pastor
Meet Noah Fiegener

Hi, my name is Noah! I am the High School Pastor here at Crossline. I was born and raised in San Clemente CA, and am married to my beautiful wife Aleah of 3 years. Not to mention we just had our first child! Whoop Whoop! I went to Biola University and got my degree in Biblical & Theological Studies. In my free time I love to run, read, surf, lobster dive, and coffee shop. Oh yeah, coffee shopping is a hobby. All jokes aside, my greatest passion is to see this next generation develop a life giving relationship with Jesus. In doing so they would learn to LIVE, REAL, LIFE.
