Hume Lake 2022

Jul 24, 2022 - Jul 30, 2022

That’s right, we are heading up the mountain Sunday, July 24th – Saturday, July 30th with 350 students and leaders for what promises to be an epic week at summer camp.

This year’s theme are Truth Be Told (HS) and Paw & Order (MS)

We live in a world where anything can be accepted as true and encourages us to define our own truth. Phrases such as “my truth,” “live your truth,” “do what’s true for you,” are used everyday. These phrases force us to ask, and answer, the question, “Is there such a thing as absolute truth?” And if there is, how does that affect our life?

This summer we are going to take a look at the life of Jesus through the book of John to see how Jesus himself defines truth. Our prayer as we study the book of John together is that we would respond with love and affection for Him and have a greater priority for and deeper understanding of the truth, His word.

Theme Verse: John 18:37-38

Then Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this purpose I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world— to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.” Pilate said to him, “What is truth?”

The total cost for camp is $790. After the $150 deposit, the remaining balance can be paid in full or through a payment plan.

If this is your first time, Hume Lake is located in the Sequoia National Forest outside of Fresno. Check out these videos from past years to get an even better idea of what this awesome week will look like: Middle School – Meadow Ranch and High School – Ponderosa.

Our prayer is that through this insanely fun-filled week, every student would come to know Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord and live a life fully committed and surrendered to Him.
